Your tasks

Collaborate with other hosts and the Guest Relation Manager to ensure guest satisfaction
Your are the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and personal farewell
Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere, ensuring guests feel relaxed and cared for
Listen to and respond to guest needs, creating personalized experiences
Assist with meal preparation and take responsibility for serving food and drinks during shifts
Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas and sanitary facilities
Organize evening activities in coordination with the team
Care for the retreat’s garden plants and assist in feeding the chickens

Your profile

You...

are available from beginning of September until end of October
are fluent in English
bring team spirit and passion for hospitality
have organisational skills and stress resilience
have first experience in gastronomy, yoga/surfing and sustainable living (is a big plus, but not neccessary!)
have a positive and open appearance
like to live and work in nature

We are Dana & Nils from Germany. With our close friends, we spent a lot of time on the coasts of Europe. Our circle of friends is characterised by a passion for surfing, yoga, music and community. During our travels, we have always experienced incredible freedom. We offer weekly retreat packages, with all guests arriving on the same day. This rhythm creates a shared journey — allowing the group to grow together, deepen their surf and yoga practice day by day, and truly connect.
