The position as the Location Lead makes you one of the most important people in our team on site. You are responsible for creating a warm, cordial and welcoming atmosphere You are a role model for the entire team and with your hands-on mentality, your positive charisma and
your empathetic leadership style, you not only inspire the team, but also our guests on a daily basis.

- You will act as the key liaison between the founders, partners, the on-site team and external service providers, ensuring that the Surf Spirit philosophy is embodied every week.
- Reviewing guest feedback and implementing optimization measures across all areas to enhance the guest experience and improve retreat operations.
- You will actively lead team meetings, recruit new employees, onboard and develop them.
- You don't need to have a trade qualification, but it is an advantage to have some manual skills, for example to turn a screw or restart the dishwasher.
- Your areas of responsibility are very varied and sometimes you are required to keep a cool head in stressful situations.
- You should be outgoing and like to communicate, share stories and
spend some time with the guests. - This position can also be shared as a tandem role with another person working as Teamlead.
