Your tasks
As the Location Lead of Villa Andalucia, you are responsible for the complete leadership and organization of our surf and yoga retreat in Andalusia.
Your main task is to ensure that all operations, from gastronomy and accommodation to surf and yoga offerings, run smoothly and maintain the high quality of our retreat experience. You serve as the central link between the founders, partners, on-site team and external service providers, making sure that the Surf Spirit philosophy is lived and reflected in every area.
You regularly review guest feedback, initiate improvement measures and actively contribute to the continuous development of the retreat. In doing so, you are not only highly organized and communicative, but also a role model and motivator for your team.
Your key responsibilities include team leadership and personnel management:
You lead team meetings, recruit new employees, oversee their onboarding, support their growth and coordinate external service providers.
You also take on operational management, from ordering materials, managing budgets and schedules to general business organization. Accounting is also one of your major areas of responsibility. You act as a point of contact for guests, staff and others, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.
In challenging situations, such as unexpected absences, weather changes or technical issues, you remain calm, pragmatic and solution-oriented. As the face of the Villa, you represent the brand externally, actively strengthen the local community and contribute to the sustainable and successful development of the retreat.
You are supported by the Guest Relations Manager, who assists you especially with guest-related matters, allowing you to focus on the overall management and development of the retreat.
