Guest Relation Manager at Villa Andalucia (starting 11.02.2026)

Festanstellung, Teilzeit · Spain

Your tasks

As Guest Relation Manager at Villa Andalucia, you are the first point of contact for guests on site and play a central role in our team. Working closely with the General Manager, you are always available to answer questions, address concerns and ensure that guests’ needs are met. During lunch, you join the guests at their tables, engage in conversation and share information about the program and upcoming activities in a relaxed atmosphere. You serve as the link between our guests and the entire team.

A key aspect of your role is taking responsibility for hygiene and cleanliness in all public areas of the retreat. You make sure guests always find a clean and pleasant environment where they can feel comfortable. Other tasks include coordinating guest communication before arrival, organizing transfers and day-off activities. It is important that everything runs smoothly so our guests can enjoy unforgettable experiences.

You are also responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a warm welcome and a personal farewell, always with a smile. In close communication with the surf and yoga coaches, you make sure that all guests are satisfied and that their expectations are met. If guests share concerns or requests, you are the one (in consultation with the Location Lead) who passes on this information to the right team members to implement any necessary changes or improvements.

In this role you carry an important responsibility in ensuring an unforgettable stay for our guests. You play a key part in making sure every guest feels welcome and well cared for.

About us
We are Dana & Nils from Germany. With our close friends, we spent a lot of time on the coasts of Europe. Our circle of friends is characterised by a passion for surfing, yoga, music and community. During our travels, we have always experienced incredible freedom. We offer weekly retreat packages, with all guests arriving on the same day. This rhythm creates a shared journey — allowing the group to grow together, deepen their surf and yoga practice day by day, and truly connect.

What we offer goes far beyond an accommodation. It’s a curated experience designed to nourish body, mind and soul.
