Your tasks

Collaborate with other Allrounder and the Guest Relation Manager to ensure guest satisfaction
Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere, ensuring guests feel relaxed and cared for
Organize evening activities in coordination with the team
Plan and prepare creative workshops (e.g., macramé, drawing, ice bathing, herbal work, ceremonies, etc.).
Lead workshops (in collaboration with other team members), ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
Develop new ideas and concepts for workshops
Share your knowledge and expertise with guests, helping them explore and learn new skills

We are Dana & Nils from Germany. With our close friends, we spent a lot of time on the coasts of Europe. Our circle of friends is characterised by a passion for surfing, yoga, music and community. During our travels, we have always experienced incredible freedom. We offer weekly retreat packages, with all guests arriving on the same day. This rhythm creates a shared journey — allowing the group to grow together, deepen their surf and yoga practice day by day and truly connect.
